SCHOOL LEARNING

Captura de Tela (376).png

So this here is my favorite part of the entire website, I grew up fascinated with the natural world, and I've been around the world trying to see as much as I can.

There was always one place in the world I wanted to see most and that was the Amazon |Rainforest.

Home to so many plants and animals, as well as so many religions and cultures.

I finally found my home here 4 years ago, and I've been coming back here every year since 2016, and in this time have seen so much, I've lived out my dream, to now call it - my life.

I really wanted to ensure kids get the same opportunity to see this incredible place, and through doing classroom projects, live and video chats, they'll get a real and live insight into life here.

I grew up with BBC documentaries and David Attenborough inspiring me, and I hope I can give just a bit of his knowledge from my life here to kids across the world. That's right - across the world.

I want this project to be in the languages of the world, and I want to see kids tell me about their country too!

We all have something to share in this world.

ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS

Animal encounters follow me around with my GoPro at the ready for anything I come across, on my rainforest walks, jungle trips, and river adventures.

Some of the highlights being, 3 encounters with Pumas, a Red Emerald Tree Boa, Electric Eel's, endangered Pied Tamarin's, 4m long snakes swimming onto my lawn, seeing a family of Amazonian Manatees swim past my boat, and much much more.

RAINFOREST WALKS

Rainforest Walks follows me and gets you looking through my binoculars with me. Showing you where I live and work.

I try to walk our 4km track at least twice a day, as well as watch the birds and animals that stop past our home for a bite to eat or a snooze.

CAMERA TRAPPING

Camera Trapping is most the exciting in my opinion because it's a true insight into animal behaviour, without human interactions. I'm always surprised with a new species or a funny encounter of 1 of our furry or feathered friends finding our cameras.

We monitor both remote rainforest and areas on or surrounding our properties.

EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS

Captura de Tela (390).png

Our Free 2021 Educational videos are designed for young kids to learn a little bit, about the animals that call the Amazon Rainforest and our region of Amazonas, home. We give you 9 facts for each video to show your classroom or kids at home.

We have put them on our website for 2022, as well as still free on YouTube.

If you prefer them to focus on the videos, without the distractions of YouTube, click here or the button below.

We want to provide more than just educational graphic design videos, so for 2022 our new videos now all include actual videos and camera traps of the animals we caught on camera in 2021, as well as my personal stories from these encounters included in the video.

These will be released every week in 2022.

I believe the graphics will stick in the mind of the kids, they're fun and cute, and I also wanted the kids to see these animals behaving normally, so I believe we've captured the dream I had for this project from the start.

Lastly, I want the kids to come up with some questions and help answer these myself, so I'm offering Free Q&A videos for your classes to help them learn from my own experiences here in Amazonas.

I'm hoping my stories inspire them to follow their dreams too.

I hope you enjoy our projects and videos.

Thanks
